its a bit small, but from what i can see it looks good. 8/10 but next time save as a better quality and a bit closer in.

Internet ! I Tried Saving it as a .png but it still looks weird what do i do?

Well of course it does if you re-saved it over..you need the ''clean'' version..the picture where it doesn't have the dots on..then save it as .bmp and then .png
