i got a soloution some of you may not have thought about.
well everyone knows we're supposed to eat 5 fruit/veg a day, yeah? well i'm pretty damn sure 90% of us don't. but anyway
people should try and drink home made smoothies. like you can get the smoothie makers, or you can just use an original blender. i used to have them a lot, and i'm going to start having them for breakfast, and they are filling, and have one at night/when i get home from school or w.e
anyway, smoothies are really tasty and fill you up quite a bit. that's coming from me, and i eat absolutely loads..
anyway, now onto things you can put in them.
i usually put in fruit, yoghurt, and ice cubes, but you can use anything..
fruit
milk
cream
yoghurt
ice cubes
fruit juice
or you could like even try experimenting with things you wouldn't normally combine together. i tried ice cubes toffee yoghurt and banana and it was really really nice (my fave atm)
but anyway yeah, for those people who are trying to get toned up, or a bit fitter, or just trying to eat healthy.
i think you should give these a go :]
