Do you know where Port Sarim is? Well it's west of Draynor. Out of all the docks, the boat to Entrana is the second northmost one. Northeasy of the Karamja Boat, south of Redbeard or whatever he is called. Talk to the Monk of Entrana, he'll let you board if you don't take weapons. Once you're on Entrana, head north of the church, then west over the bridge and keep heading west.
