Research other healthy alternatives online, I'm sure there will be recipes of a healthy nature that interest you.

Tips on how to get five fruit and veg a day...
One - Snack on fruit instead of crisps/choc etc..
Two - The concentrate juice DOESNT count as one portion of fruit
Three - Eat Veggies with meals
Four - ALL Fruit smoothies are brilliant examples
Heres a recipe
One banana
Ten cubes of ice
Then two pieces/handfuls of fruit or veg you can find...
blend them altogether and whollah! Also dried fruit DOESNT count as one of your 5 a day..

Make thing's like fruit salad's, just simply get alot of fruit and chop it up and make thing's more fun.
as for vegetables, try alot of 'em. see what you like. You could even make some vegetables and make a simple dip, and eat them with that.
