Hello
Well this is my very first free layout on this forum. It took me about 10 mins to do. I havent made a layout in ages and i forgot half the features on Photoshop.
I have tryed to make it into a clean type of layout.
You are free to use it and edit it BUT you are not aloud to sell it as your own work!

Oh I only looked at the Image Dint relise it was free

For someone who can make layouts in photoshop as you said and can code expandables you don't know what a psd is or how to download it?
