    F2P or P2P.

    Then I might be able to help..

    / F2P - Train on cows and store the cowhides in bank, sell them in bulk.

    / P2P - Train at rock crabs, get 40 attack for rune scimmy, get 40 def, get a few quest points, do dragon slayer, you could start making cash to buy full rune.
