As I have said, if you feel the ban reason is unfair, then use the contact us form. I very much doubt you were banned because an Administrator doesn't like you

Obivously you were banned for a reason, and it should say why you were banned when you try & sign onto your account.

Like Nixt said, if you think its unfair, contact someone about it, and explain why you think it was unfair.
