Why are almost all new fan sites just forums?? And are there any "decent" fan sites with user systems out there at the moment? Don't have to be official?

Why does it have to have a user system?
unitedstates,canada,mexico,panama,haiti,jamaica,pe ru,republicdominian,cuba,caribbean,greenland and el salvadour too.
puertorica,colombia,venezuela,honduras,guyana and still, guatamala,bolivia then argentina and ecuador,chile,brazil.
costarica,belize,nicaragua,bermuda,bahamas,tobago, sanjuan,paraguary,uruguay,suriname,frenchguiana,ba rbados and guan.
norway and sweden and iceland and finland and germany now one piece, switzerland,austrira,czechoslovakia,italy,turkey and greece.

Because i like websites with user systems, i think they get people involved more into the website..

urmm id reccomend habboremix and i can tremember the other one ( owned by calib on the forum) they have decent user systems and features

As long as the user system does more then just let people see pages.
