I need a team of about 5 layout creaters to create some layout. I will sell the layouts on www.karlshare.com and you choose a price, once sold you will recieve 75% of the money. The other 25% will go towards paying for coding staff and site costs. If you create and code yourself, you will recieve 90% of the selling price.

Takes out all the hastle and 90% of time you can get more on a layout website than just selling one
