I'm taking from your very detailed description that you're on about Habbo fonts.
It's volter or visitor with a 1px black stroke line.

There's a bunch of fonts that are like that. Between size 5 and size 8. Once you have the one you like, go into Adobe Photoshop and click Edit > Stroke > Outline > 1 px
You should then have your perfect font outline![]()
