Its also the same on .com too, .com.sg lets you invite people anyway despite its not linked. .Ca just gives you the greeting message and .AU is the same as .SG although its linked. Sooo..

.com = Closed
.co.uk = Closed
.com.sg = OPEN
.ca = Closed
.com.au = OPEN

I have a PHP script to make webmail accounts.. not hard..

username + password + quota.. make account.. register on Habbo.. get credits. delete email..
