How many range lvls is 1 combat level?

Depends on attack strength and mage.
Doubt everything, even this.

If you're character is Range Based (by looking at your sig it isn't) then it's about 3-4 levels per combat level.
Seeing as you're not Range Based you will need your Range to be higher then your Magic, Attack and Strength.
