Well if you've known her since you were small then your kind of half way there! Just slide it into the conversation one day, simply ask her to go to the cinema with you or something similar. Make sure she knows its just you and her whos going, then she'll soon catch on

Your putting yourself through hell! Lol.
By leaving it longer and longer your questioning yourself even more and I bet your constantly asking yourself "What will she say!?", "What if she says no?!".
Well - there's only one way to find out!
Just remember mate, you only live once, and I'm a strong believer of grabbing life with both hands and making the most of it. How would you feel if something had to happen tomorrow and youd never have known what her answer would have been?!
Just go for it. Take her to the side and just say to her you love your friendship together but you think you've formed feelings for her and you'd love to take her out or something. Say to her though, that you understand if she doesn't feel the same - as at the same time you need to respect your friendship for each other. Don't worry about it though, if shes known you for a long time and you really are good friends, then it shouldn't matter either way!

Im in a similar situation, but the difference is I told her.. lol.
Well, what happend was I told her (didnt ask her out, just said I like her and stuff) and after like a week she said, there are rules now,
#1 - you cant say you love me etc etc
#2 - when you start saying somthing you cant say actualy nevermind
So yeah, also shes going estonia today, might not come back, I feel shi*.
my advice is, if you feel its the right time, go for it.
