Ive opened a new file uploader for the public.

The URL to the site is quite long at the moment, but if the site becomes a little popular. I will obviously buy a domain and all the other stuff.

Oo. Very sorry. Forgot to increase the file size amount when I released it to the public! One moment

EDIT: Increased to 20MB lets see how that works out.
