There it is i didnt know how to get it from my files so i had to make a website then put this on then save then get the link * Phew * very tiring lol

To post an image straight from your pc 'edit' your post and go to the bottom of the page, click on manage attachments, then browse through your files to load your picture, always save your image as .PNG It keeps quality and saves it small.
If you want to upload through a site host your image on an image hosting site such as imageshack.us. load your image then click 'show', right click the image and go to 'properties', copy the url displayed and post it in your message with [img] url here [/img]
