My life is messed up

Well, my mum and dad are married, there mums and dads hate each other, so my mums mum and dad hate my dads mum and dad, and my dad hate my mums parents and my mum hates my dads parents and so on, so my dad doesnt get to see his parents and when he goes my mum gets mad, he hardly goes, but over christmas he started to go like all the time and he asked me and my brother to come.

I hate her( dads mum), we once went she opened door and slammed in our faces, my mum tried being nice and sent her a xmas card before the arguments started and she sent it back to her, my dads sister is twofaced, so me and my brother didnt want to go, so we said we would because its our dad and he gets angry with us all the time and stuff, and puts us down, so this mouring we were ment to go and we said no we have no time, we had like 20mins to get ready to go.

So he stormed of and said, " I will never forget this "

My mums glad I didnt go and so is my gran, but my gran ( mums mum) is also a bit of a ***** to..

The whole of my family are crazy to be honest, and the way my dad treats me, it makes me shy and he puts me down, I went anerexic a few months ago and stuff.

My mum wanted to leave him when we were young but we didnt understand what he was like so we begged her not to, and now I see what hes like and stuff I want to leave, he says my mum does nothing all day and all she does it watch tv and drink wine, but she works harder than him and thats his excuse for everything now

"ive been at work all day, while shes been ****** up all day"

But anyway, Ive told my mum we cant walk out now, but we will be poor, no where to go etc!

I can't help you because I have no previous experience of this...

Ah wait, yes. I had an auntie who would let us come to her house in Spain until one day she cut us off. She bought a new phone, moved away to the spanish mountian side and didn't tell us. When I was 8 I was heart broken and my parents still won't tell me why she fell out with us.

The only advice I can think of is to ask your parents for a compromise. I know it's alot to ask if they hate each others parents that much. But tell them how much it affects you.

if i was you, id try and find a way to get away from him? obviously when you are odler and have your own place you wont have to visit him, but no one needs a dad that puts them down so much they go anerexic
