White Powder

When i wake up theres this weird white powder sorounding my lips and tounge any1 know what it is?

Toothpaste? I get it sometimes, but I think its when you dribble in the night.

During the night you salivate and if your sleeping with your mouth open some will dribble out... not pretty but hey! ;P

Basically during the night I think some of this is dribbling out and is then hardening or staying in the one position, around your lips.

Don't worry though, I think it is quite common.

Try brushing your teeth before you sleep at night (if your already doing so) and maybe take a wee glass of water to bed with you.

hmmmmm. Could be salt. When u sweat salt comes out of ur body. When I cycle somewhere and its really hot and I have a rucksack on my back, my back sweats a lot and my t shirt is literally covered in salt.
