A few changes are being made in the departments which should fix this problem automatically .

In response to this, there are cases in some departments where staff rarely need to access the forum in order to carry out their jobs.

Even though I ask all our DJs to regularly check the forum, it is not particularly necessary as all major updates are posted in our DJ Panel, and all necessary information needed for carrying out their jobs can also be viewed there.

I do agree thought that in some departments, inactivity is getting a little out of hand and hopefully, as mAD says, this should get sorted.
