    whats the best progams to use when making layouts etc (preferable free).. cause on paint they always suck. ty

    well theres a program on www.windowsmarketplace.com called ultimate paint (search for it). Its supposed to be good for that sort of thing although I havnt really tried yet.

    Photoshop CS2 is good. It does cost . You can get a 30 day trial .

    Also, Adobe Photoshop CS2, i think CS3's out but not got any updates ...

    Almost everyone uses Photoshop cs2 to make layouts even the professional sites use it.
