You know you don't have to be a long forum member, you just have to be registered.

Nope, anything is fine. Forum Mod you need experience.

Usually when you apply for a job such as Forum Moderator you need about 1 month plus experience, the more the better.

Other jobs such as News Reporters you don't need experience on the Forum just things like getting news, posting it ect.
