On the habbox page it says for the bill's board that it needs to be habbo related but on the main habbo page it says it doesnt?!

HabboThere is no theme so you can be as creative as you like but there are a few guidelines. For example, your billboard must be the correct size to fit the space in the Billboard Café and it must obviosuly be Habbo related
