The other day, whilst I was at work, I thought I'd have a quick look on HxF but my works internet filter filtered HxF as P*rn. Can't remember the full name of the filter company. It starts with a "M" and ends with "sweeper". Does HxF have some keywords in it's header which could be mistakenly linked to p*rn?

The homepage, I.e Index.html works fine but once it goes to forumdisplay.php or something similar, it's blocked. I would use a proxy but they're really strict with their IT usage. Not allowed to google image search stuff that isn't related to the company or its profession =/

Why don't you just not go on the forum at work. You could only get away with it if you are high p in the IT section of work like me (YAY! Network manager!)

Like someone said, it could be due to peoples forum names, like mine, and a few others. It could also be due to some of the stuff people post, as they do post some slang words for body parts that could be classed as p*rn.

I tried to login on my phone and it said "This site has been rated for 18+" and I sent the text saying "appeal" or whatever and they still thought it was only suitable for 18+.

Must be the content on the site I guess.

I get the same thing with Orange World.

Also, it's been unblocked now for some reason. The filter was MIMEsweeper.

Also, this forum is for teeneagers and adults aged 13-20. I'm 18, therefore, I have 2 years left.

    Thanks to people who helped.

    Cheers.
