Well me and this guy went out, but he cheated on me, he was like begging me to take him back, and I really wanted to, but now Im back with him hes dead chavy, the girl he cheated on was a chav and stuff...and now hes hanging out with the bad crowd, I told him to stop or I will leave him but I dont want to!

He has to make his own decisions in life. Wether they or right or wrong, you can't change them.
Try talking to him, tell him how you feel about him and the crowd he's with. If that doesn't work, either stick by him, no matter who he's with, or move on.
