A new rule is needed

When a signature picture is above blah blah limits etc, can SMODS/MODS/ADMIN, warn a person to remove it, so they can save it, if you have hotlinked or got it from other means and do not have the picture it is very annoying....

ONE pm is all it takes, Catszy pm'd me once about a signature being too big, i removed it, because she asked.

That rule is already in place? The Super Moderator should PM the user regarding their signature/avatar before removing it depending on the content. For example if it was an adult image in their signature it would be removed without PMing the user.

When I smodded, I used to pm the user, and make a note of it in my usernotes, and i used to re-check them all at the end of the week. You guys should do your job properly instead of being lazy. If you dont have enough time to send someone a PM then please resign and let someone else who has time takeover.
You guys ban members straight away ... which takes more time.
Soon smods will be saying "We dont have time to edit posts".

Before accusing him of being lazy, why not take a look at the fact that they are much much much much MUCH busier than you were as a Super Moderator. Want proof?

His moderator logs (Dan) over the past 2 months, are equal to 3/4 of your TOTAL mod log. That's including ALL your time as a Super Mod and ALL your time as a Normal Moderator. So yeah, they are very busy, and have a lot to do, checking a lot of post reports and browsing the many forums. If your signature is over the limit, why not check it and not break the rules? At the end of the day, what you're trying to get us to do is go way out of our way and create more work for ourselves to make breaking the rules more convenient for you? Why not just check it, if its something within the rules fine, but it takes 2 minutes max to check the pixel height of your sig.

It is not an easy thing to hire smods. You need to be able to trust the mods and also know they will work hard and have a lot of time to dedicate.
