Right, I want a layout for my new site i'm making called "The Chavs" It will be
like chavscum.co.uk only better. I would like it coded if possable.
Colors i don't really mind, dark maybe. I can be sent in 2 different ways:

yer but listen. ive got to sneak on this computer cos it aint mine so i cant donload oat so i cant really do much. and i only get bout 20 mins @ a time sometimes. and i startd making sites in january
