    I myself use notepad,
    but if you arent experience in HTML or PHP etc I woiuld recomend either Macromedia Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage.

    Microsoft Frontpage is best in my opinion... Its like word for websites

    i have dreamwaver u get a disc i think and yea it costs i got a big book tells me all about coding and everything u need, how to add a radio forms and much more i would suggest tht
