Dropping out of year 11

Ok well i dunno if this is the right forum...

I decided that im going to leave school and try and get a collage placement with no GCSE's and hopefully take my GCSE's in collage. Do you think it's a good move? The school that im at now is a PRU - Pupil Refural Unit. meaning i have been kicked out of all my schools...

Alot of the kids from the school are disturbing and not wanting to learn so they distract me from work. My mums going for a meeting tomrrow, hopefully i will get a collage placement or a job.

As i said, do you think this is a wise choice?

if you think that your gonna actually go to college & do what you need to do, go for it. cause PRUs are really crap.

It's going to be hard getting a good one with no GCSEs...

it can only be your fault, i assume. I suggest you explain this in your meeting or make sure your Mother does otherwise. They could arrange special tutorials, and help you etc. If not go to college and try your best, but remember you normally just pick a course, not a entended period for people who failed in other schools, dislike the behavioural school they were dumped in, and now want their chance at life. Learn from mistakes.
