No they are slightly slower than mage bows and the special is worse its a waste of cash if you buy

Only good if you are mage/range staking, and hope they need their mage lvl is close to the spell they using

i HAD one there poor there terrible the horrible stick to mage short for speed long for power seercull= just dont do it

i'd rather use a normal training bow that a Seercull, at 80 range all I could hit with them was a 14..
