Never underesrtimate the power of exercise. I used to be overweight because all i used to do was sit and play habbo.
Now i take the dog for walks over the field and i run flat out for 10 minutes at least once a day.
Also i got a saturday job (I suggest volunteering at a charity shop or somthing) and i go there in the holidays so i'm kept occupied and i didnt eat.
Now i'n normal weight for my height and im very physically fit. I'm never letting myself gt overweight again.
Well first of all i'd reccomend not eating the fridge mate.
But seriously, join a football team or a youth club - with all the activities there, your bound to get lots of exercise and get fit!

Well, i asked my mum to join my mates football group thing ages ago, but she is at work when it starts, and so is my dad, and i go cricket, but it hasnt started again, cuz it stopped for xmas

I suggest eating ;
Breakfast ; Branflakes, porrige , egg , fruit
Lunch ; wholemeal bread sandwhich
Tea ; cooked healthy dinner
And join a gym, do sit ups, I did and now Im ott healthy! :p
But you will loose weight in no time!

Well When your 12 you cant really get a pay job you need to be 13 to do a paperroundSo i would do like home exercise like Situps,Pressups,Running round your local field,Join Footie club,Play out more with mates not sitting on crap habbo
