    Default Be Happy.

Honestly just browsing this forum nearly EVERY topic is something down. Now I'm not you, I don't know what you've been through nor if it was worse than anything I have. But dont you just look at the sky once in a blue moon and think wow? Take it easy relax and enjoy these easy bits of life. Anyone agree?

Well life isn't always a walk in the park, and I don't really know what you expect from such a forum?

The whole purpose of this area is for teens to request advice in regard to their lives, and considering teenagers go through a very hard time and can experience numerous traumatic and difficult situations - this place is designed to help them.

I understand it might seem a bit "down" but that's basically the whole single purpose of this area - so users can post their problems.

I totally agree, but what I'm saying is none of these topics ever seem to end, it's an onslaught of the same constantly, and as this is a forum about teen life I figured a motivational message might help the odd person, or at least make them look up

Yeh I agree, a lot of the time I am repeating similair advice - but it's very rare someones problem is identically the same. Although, in general, some advice may help numerous peoples problems as they are quite the same - there are several factors which need to be considered in each individual case before giving someone advice.

Life isn't all ladedada, some people go through phases, some people have odd days, even months/years, some people are just naturally down, but other times little things can trigger some people.

'Relaxing' has nothing to do with being happier, its just how someones mind works, sometimes it gets triggered by a little thing or big thing, whatever, and it sets someone off or makes someone really depressed/down/low, whatever, not as simple as just 'relax'.

But sometimes relaxing can make a difference, either way, some people just react differently to different things, I guess.

    Life isn't easy...

I know what you mean. Right now I have been feeling like Im always being controlled in the country we live in. Its just gone to pot and everything seems bad. Thats why my ambition is to get the hell out of here!
I just came back from Cyprus and it was brilliant since we were treated really well. The worst part was when a group of English timeshare people were swearing, shouting and drinking next to us. Even the feral cats were nice!
Maybe its just me but I feel really down were I live.

Alot have problems which was the main reason this part of the forum was invented. People are hardly going to post if they are really happy and everythingis going great cause no one will be able to really give advice on that!
