    Erm, get 70 atk and around 80 str! Keep def as it is! Get rune defender, whip, beserker, and rune pl8 and legs! This way you should be pretty good.

    Get 70 Attack, and keep defence at 60. Get strength high. Also Magic is good, get 70/82/85 And Ancients would help. Good luck pking!
