    Default Explosion at Belle Vue

Last night, two intruders broke in to Doncaster Rovers' old ground Belle Vue and set off explosives in the centre of the stand. They moved to their new ground last month. Both of the men are being treated for burns with one being taken to the serious burns unit at a hospital in Nottingham. Apparently their old chairman had tried to set the ground on fire before to get insurance money but he was sent to prison before he could do so. It's such a shame to see a classic old ground go up in smoke; I'm sure it was due for demolition any time soon anyway.

That's the thing. The opposition didn't like visiting Belle Vue. It was traditional, nice and small, lots of character, better than that soul-less concrete bowl they're playing at now.
