Guthans - Heals
Dharoks - Hits high at low HP
Torags - Drains energy
Veracs - Hits through prayer
Ahrims - Lowers strength
Karils - Lowers agility

If thats what you meant by full set, and you need all of a set for effect to work

Here's what the sets do (taken from the knowledge base):

Ahrims: Blighted Aura

Successful magic attacks have a chance of reducing target's strength

Dharoks: Wretched Strength

The lower the player's hitpoints, the higher their effective strength

Guthans: Infestation

Melee attacks have a chance to give you some of your opponent's health.

Karils: Tainted Shot

Successful ranged attacks have a chance of reducing the target's agility

Torags: Corruption

Successful melee attacks have a chance of reducing the target's run energy

Veracs: Defiler

Melee attacks have a chance to ignore the target's armour and prayer
