I rang habbo twice now

The first time i rang habbo this lady picked up i think her name was mandy or something and the second time i rang up a guy who sounded bored picked up.

The reason i am permed banned is according to habbo 'I have bought creds via housephone without permission' the funny thing is that i dont buy creds via house phone and the account which has been perm banned aint been used for 6 months or so.

The lady mandy said someone has bought u creds and you shouldnt have spent them.. and should have reported to habbo that i had creds. i mean how am i suppose to remember that i had or hadn't had creds 4-5 months before.

and the other guy who i called said that i need to speak to the person who bought me creds.. i said how am i suppose 2 talk to the person who bought me creds when you dont tell me who it is. Anyways he kept saying well its not our resposibility therefore the account will remain banned.
