Its basicly someone who resells webspace. aka some buys alot space from a host, and then sells its to other people at there own priceing etc.

So its like a webhost exsept useing someone else hosting if u get me, as a reseller woulnt own the own hosting.

hence the name reseller, as there selling somthing they get sold

Basically as mentor said a hosting company usually sells space specifically for websites and then sells chunks off to people who want to sell some small webhosting themselves. Basically a reseller is hosted by a hosting company and a hosting company owns its own servers. An example of this is www.ax-hosting.com Also the company you bought the resseller will sell you a certain space on their servers

It depends how much the reseller buys, as you cen sell what you havent got

Depends what there running, aka on a cpnale acount you would get a whm account to mange it all threw etc :/
