Default Major i.e problem help needed..

Ok i have a very bad problem when trying too use R/S via internet explorer..
i think it is some sort of a problem with ActiveX controls.. But i'm not sure.
I have taken a few screeneis of the problems.

It just stays as that and does not load at all.. I also try using SwiftSwitch And i still have the same problem:

Exactly the same as when i use i.e, but that did'nt suprise me as SS uses i.e as the app that loads.. but Habbo also does'nt work:

I think its something too do with flash or shockwave or something maybe even ActiveX controls as no advertisements show on any sites example:

im pretty mithed at this.. ive tried many times uninstalling flash, shockwave, and java. i also looked ont he internet, also looked at sites telling me what too do, also changing internet settings and theyre all right..

i have also scanned and got rid of all viruses and spyware. If anyone has any help it would be very appreciated.

    Thanks.

Also if this thread is in the wrong catergory would a MOD please move it to the appropriate ctergory thank you.

See if you have the same problem using FireFox - if so it's probably your computer security disabling applets or something.

If it's just IE, go to Options and I think there's an Advanced button on the security tab. Look through that tick-list of options and see if anything is enabled that'd disable Java applets.
