    Default Frames target not working

Yesterday I started working with frames and ran into a problem. I created a link to a page and set the target as the body (my main frame) but for some reason it's opening a new window.

Anyone know why this may be?

    Thanks

    The name of your frame.
Is the c uppercase or lowercase?

Uppercase, and I made sure it was the correct frame by selecting it via dreamweaver.
