Don't they only let you get a name change if you an offensive name?
My friend had hairymary1 and got banned for sexual references or something. She asked for a name change as it was unnacceptable and they granted her one.

Nope.They do it for anyone now.
I wanted the name Merc but they said the account has something in his hand,He hasnt got any rooms ;/

Once you have made a Habbo account you cannot change the name of that account yourself. If you want an account with a different name then you should create a new account and transfer any Furni and items to it yourself
PLEASE NOTE: Habbo can in very rare circumstances offer account name changes, but this is only done when the Habbo in question has registered an unacceptable name. Other name changes will NOT be performed, sorry.
