In my school yeah, they recently made a new rule, about a month ago; that you cant use mobile phones or mo3 players etc anywhere in the school premises etc, so ok fair enough, i had my phone in my pocket, (you are allowed) and gave it to my mate to look after as I had P.E, still no problems, then after P.E, my mate was giving my stuff back and lastly gave my phone, the teacher was there, I didnt take it secretly becuase I didnt know he was so stupid, I had my phone in my hand and a red light flashed, which means you need to open and close it, so I did it, it took 1 second, and he said, hand it over.. I was like what the.. and everyone was like why u takin the ****, he was like, its ok to give the phone back but its coz u was fiddling with it, i was so pisd of, i so wanted to hit him. Do you think what he did was fair, I mean come on fgs,..

We are alowed to keep it in our pockets or bags, as long as we dont use them e.g. calling other people or texting, however we are also alowed to give it to somone else to look after in P.E which is exactly what I did, and he was just taking the ****. :S

yep we have got those new mobile phones rules
    it started monday
we arnt to use mobiles phones on the school premises unless we are outside on the field
they have to be turned off and in ur bag or pocket
If we get caught with our phone on the premises its gets taken until the end of the day
i think the mobile phone rules really sux :@

Why didn't you just explain it calmly to him rather than have a go?
