How much damage per cake?

I'm training with Dharoks and I'm paranoid about dieing when lowering my health lol.

So how much damage does the cake do?

Or is there a better method of lowering health in a controlled manner? (I dont wanna teleport to Ape Atoll a billion times so I can bank my Dharoks, get damaged, go back to grab Dharoks, and tele back to Ape Atoll)

He means how can he get HIS hp low for high hit in dharock
(go to a POH in a combat ring then teleport)

Get those potions things form the digsite that do 25 hp damage when dropped =) thtll get you down quite bit the take rock cakes to do rest? can fit more stuff in invent that way.
