How do you set everything up to become a DJ?

I'm having trouble with setting everything up to become a DJ! I need some help with telling me what to download and how to set it up.

Winamp
Shoutcast

Install winamp, then open up shoutcast.
Open Winamp
Go To Options Then Preferences...

Click On DSP/Effect

Then on there there would be Nullsoft SHOUTcast source DPS v.......

Click on that then I think youy press "Install"

Now you will have the DJ Tools.

• Download SAM Broadcaster 2 / 3
• Once you've done that, install it
• Run SAM Broadcaster 2 / 3
• Go to windows at the top
• Go to encoders
• Click on the + Sign
• Click the top 'MP3 thing'
• Go on server details
• Enter IP, Port and pass there
• Click on ok
• Click on the one you added
• Click play button to start DJing
• Click stop button to stop DJing
