Amgz am so laggy *crys*

Well i quit rs for abit but then i decided to come back to make some cash to sell for habbo but when i used to play i would always listen to music to stop me getting bored and id never ever lag. But now since i came back if i try listen to music runescape just won`t work at all and now im just insanely laggy too laggy to do anything accept fish , i tried to go on a trawler trip and i couldnt even bail without me lagging out and crashing. And now im just anoyed cause i get so bored fishing without even being able to listen to music and i can`t do anything else because i lag like mad. I can`t even do fishing properly as it takes me like an hour to catch 50 sharks now and at 99 fishing thats just stupidly slow. Help is there any way i can fix this lag ?

I use itunes
