It still smells under the arms when im sitting around do nothing at all....i just sweat....
And my penis smells really bad, I do wash occasionly like once every 2-3 days mabey
I am 13 years old, is this just part of puberty?
Or is there a reason?

Shower everyday even if it's just for five minutes. Use soap and wash yourself well and use deoderant.
