    I never made it, but I would presume paint (Ms Paint) and photshop to finish it of.

    Wanna use it? Click start, all programs, Accessories, then paint, then download photoshop.. www.macromedia.com?

    Looks ok, but A LOT like Roboevils. (infact the person has actually ripped some from Roboevil, and in the thread credits him for the idea and chairs)

    But don't you notice the creator of the thread on Habbos.NET did rip of some orgional habbo (sulakes) graphics,
