Respect is something you have to gain, each person is different, you could gain it by standing up for some1, or defending them
Or just being yourself and people will grow to like + respect you for that

Like other people said it depends who it is, with different people you would have to act differently to gain respect.

Be yourself. Some people require different kinds of respect, everyone is different dude. You made your friends by being yourself, thats what counts =D
