when the old 35 credit one existed i could ring that

the new bob ones
i can ring the 10 credit
but it wont let me ring the 35?
just cuts me off.

Does it just sound like a phone being hung up as soon as you call? If so it means you are calling too much from that line for the day or week (can't remember which) you should be able to do it again soon.
