Simple, short answer - No.
Take a look on the official forums, there is a thread made especially for people looking for a partner to do the quest, worth a look if you cant find any of your friends doing it

I went on at peek and world-hopped till i found someone doing the quest - worked with 2hops.... try it if you like.

I did it 6 months ago by posting in the tip.it forums. To this day I still get messages saying "do you still want help with heroes quest?"

Which is why you use offical forums. You can edit it and say completed.
