Lag Issues

Ok eversince they have added this wild ditch thingy, it has been taking about 5minutes for my character to move.

If you don't know what I mean then I'll try to give an example.
16:10 - I click where I want to go on runescape.
16:11 - Still standing in the same spot with the red "flag" on the minimap.
16:12 - Moves towards where I click then jerks back to where I started.
16:13 - Finaly reached my "destination".

Anybody else experiencing anything like this?
No I'm not listening to music on my computer, neither am I logged onto msn.
Anybody have any idea how to resolve this problem? +Rep if it's helpful info.

Rs is fine for me.

Try running rs on IE or firefox see if it changes.

Worth a try.
No difference with closing the forums, was only running RS no other programs running check task manager.
I've notice it only seems to be the movement that is laging nothing else such as the speech.
