Page refresh/reload help

Nobody replies to the coding section very much, was a waste of time posting it there.

I have three frames in one page. One with how many users online, another with a game and another which is a nav.

I want the users online to refresh every 30 seconds, or a minute. But the code I have refreshes the whole page, so the game reloads.

I just want the users online to refresh, just one frame. Is there a code? Javascript or html, I don't mind.

yes In That Frame Use The META Reload. If That Dont Work Use The Javascript Way =]

Just put the Navigation as an iFrame and set the refresh code in that only? :S

its using php includes... erm, ill try an frame for the thing instead.

Nope soz I dont have the script but I'll have a look around.
