I'm going to try and give up smoking i dont think ive got the will power, but we will see. i'll probably use this thread as a log to see how long i go for without them im 16 now started when i was 14.

Last one i had was 10 mins ago :rolleyes: last one im going to ever have, hopefully.

I'm 16 and I've been smoking since I was 14 and i've tried to quit many time and failed, I wouldn't even try going cold turkey, it's not a good way to do it. The Nicotine Replacement methods are the way to go. Also try and not be around other people who smoke, it just tempts you even more.

im just going by simply will power. im not entirely fussed if i dont pull through. sounds pathetic but its no skin off my nose. (i know its affecting my health n bla bla) but im rly going to try, and tbh the majority of my year smoke so tht will be hard to avoid

No you can smoke at any age, its just you can't buy them until your 16. (I think thats right anyway)

If you want to give up you can go to the doctors and they will give you free nicotine patches, but don't do as one of my friends does, he wears them and smokes so he gets extra nicotine lol.

I started smoking a year or so ago, back when i was in year 11 before my GCSE's. I tried giving up once or twice but never works lol as i dont really want to yet, i will give up smoking cigarettes when i pass my driving test maybe.

If you don't really want to give up in the first place you will fail. No point if its "no skin off your nose" might aswell admit defeat right away... :rolleyes:
